Landing in a tub near you is the Splash & Rescue Helicopter from Toomies. This colourful floating bath helicopter is packed with fantastic water play features. Its rounded, chunky design is easy for little hands to pick up and handle, whether they reach for the tail rotor or the twin floats that support the 'copter in the water. Up top, its blue rotor can be set in motion by pulling on the rescue bucket. The two are connected by a string: a gentle tug is all that’s needed to set the rotor spinning. Fill the rotor with water and watch as it sends spinning splashes round and round! Up front is the cockpit, home to the loveable Puppy Pilot.
Dressed up in his diver kit he’s ready to jump in when he’s not piloting the orange chopper. Give him a squeeze underwater and he’ll come up squirting water from his mouth. With a suction cup for feet, he stays fixed and steady at the controls of the helicopter, or you can attach him to the sides of the tub or on other surfaces such as bathroom tiles. The rescue bucket has an adjustable handle and holes in the bottom so little ones can use it for pouring and showering play. Rescue the dolphin from danger and take him for a ride in the bucket. Place him inside and winch it up by turning the blue rotor. Turn dolphin on his head and discover another pouring action! Every bath time becomes an epic rescue adventure as children fire their imaginations and gain confidence around water, developing their motor skills and exploring a host of connections that have cause and effect.

Returns
If you are having problems with your purchase, please contact us as soon as you notice an issue. You can email or call us, photos and details of your order are necessary.
Please do not return the item before you contact us and get a return confirmation from us. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We will try to resolve issues of warranty/faulty items with you.
Our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, so you do not have to worry.
If the item we shipped is not the item you ordered we will take action accordingly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are exempt from being returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for any reason. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
