Click and Collect Service
Our Click and Collect option offers a convenient way for local customers to shop and pick up their orders.
How It Works:
- Online Orders:
- Simply place your order online and choose "Free pick-up from store" as the shipping method during checkout.Make sure to enter a local address under the "Shipping Method" to activate this option. (If your billing address is outside Western Australia, make sure you select the "Ship to > Different Address" option under Shipping Method.)

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Sunday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Shipping rates
Shipping cost will be automatically calculated on checkout.
The shipping cost provides an estimate only, in some rare circumstances bulky items might result in an estimate that is not accurate. If the difference is too great we will contact you and confirm if you want to continue with your order.
Orders will be shipped via Australia Post from WA 6168

Within Perth Metro - up to 2 business days
WA Country - up to 5 business days
All other States:
Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on destination points

Freight and shipping disputes must be taken up with the freight forwarder directly. Sik Hobbies is not responsible for shipping related issues.
Placing your order on the Sik Hobbies website is a binding contract of purchase by accepting the terms and conditions.
Oversized Items
Items exceeding 1.05 metre in length are classified as oversized and cannot be shipped via Australia Post. These items require courier delivery and may incur additional charges.
Please note:
- A recipient must be available to accept the delivery, or a slip may be left for collection.
- Oversized items cannot be delivered to PO boxes.
Signature on delivery: We typically do not require a signature on delivery, except for expensive or large items sent via Australia Post. If you would like a signature on delivery, please email us after placing your order. However, please note that your request may not be accepted if we opt for a courier to deliver oversized items.
Returns
Your order will be carefully packaged and posted.
- if you did not receive what you ordered we will take it up with our shipping supplier.
- in case of issues occurring during shipping, please let us know, they will have to be taken up with the freight company. Please email a photo.
- if you change your mind you will need to send the item back in original condition at your expense. We can refund or exchange if you send the item back within 7 days of you receiving the item.
