In-store customers can return items within 30 days of purchase, while online customers have a 7-day return window. Online customers must send the item back within 7 days of receiving it, and the return shipping costs are at their expense. Please note that no returns will be accepted after these periods.

 

Items eligible for return must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns. Consumable products, including fuel, batteries, paint, thinners, grease, oil, and magazines, are non-returnable. Additionally, any item that has been used, altered, or damaged after purchase is not eligible for return. All returned items are subject to inspection before approval.

 

Refunds for approved returns will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days. Customers may also opt for an exchange or store credit. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

For faulty or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund. Photographs of the damage may be required for verification. In terms of warranty claims, customers need to contact us directly for assistance.
